Operations Manager

EduNex is an Auckland-based English and career coaching service for Vietnamese people in New Zealand. We are looking for an Operations Manager to keep our courses, coaches and students running smoothly. You will look after the day-to-day running of the business, from class schedules and enrolments to the platform our students learn on, and work closely with our founder as the team grows.

• Plan class schedules and course intakes
• Handle student enquiries, enrolments and follow-up
• Coordinate our teachers and coaches, and keep course materials up to date
• Keep our learning platform, records and reports in order
• Improve how the team works as EduNex grows

• Experience in operations, administration or education coordination
• Strong organisation and clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with online tools and learning platforms
• Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
