About the role
Saigon Noon is looking for friendly Front of House Staff for our Vietnamese street food cafe in Hamilton. You will look after dine-in guests and takeaway and online orders at a busy, relaxed cafe. What you will do: - Greet guests, show them to a table and take orders. - Explain the menu and help guests choose dishes. - Serve food and drinks and clear and reset tables. - Take phone and takeaway orders and process payments. - Keep the dining room, counter and front area clean. What we are looking for: - Friendly, confident and good at speaking English. - Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage. - Able to speak Vietnamese is a plus but not required. - Able to work a roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays. - Able to work legally in New Zealand.

Saigon Noon is a Vietnamese street food cafe in Hamilton. It opened its first doors in Hamilton's CBD in April 2018, bringing bold, unfussy Vietnamese street food to the heart of the Waikato, and now has two branches: Hamilton CBD on Alexandra Street and Rototuna Shopping Centre on Horsham Downs Road. Guests can dine in, take away or order online, and the team also takes catering orders for events and occasions.
