Wait Staff / Front of House

Five Star in Rosedale, near Albany, is looking for Wait Staff for lunch service and our evening steamboat buffet. What you will do: - Greet guests, show them to a table and take orders. - Explain the menu and help guests choose dishes. - Serve food and drinks and clear and reset tables. - Take phone and takeaway orders and process payments. - Keep the dining room, counter and front area clean. - Set up and refill the buffet and hot pot stations during evening service. What we are looking for: - Friendly, confident and good at speaking English. - Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage. - Able to speak Vietnamese is a plus but not required. - Able to work a roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays. - Able to work legally in New Zealand.
