About the role
Saigon Sister in Kaiapoi is looking for friendly Front of House Staff for our Vietnamese cafe, restaurant and bar. You will look after dine-in guests, table bookings and pick-up orders. What you will do: - Greet guests, show them to a table and take orders. - Explain the menu and help guests choose dishes and drinks. - Serve food and drinks and clear and reset tables. - Take phone and online pick-up orders and process payments. - Keep the dining room, bar and counter clean and tidy. What we are looking for: - Friendly, confident and good at speaking English. - Hospitality, bar or customer service experience is an advantage. - Able to speak Vietnamese is a plus but not required. - Able to work a roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays. We are open Tuesday to Sunday. - Able to work legally in New Zealand.
