About the role
EduNex is an Auckland-based English and career coaching service for Vietnamese people in New Zealand. We are looking for an English Teacher to help our students speak English with confidence at work and in everyday life. You will teach small groups and one-on-one sessions, in person and online, following our course plans and shaping them to each student's goals, from everyday conversation to job interviews.
What you will do
- Teach small-group and one-on-one English sessions, in person and online
- Prepare lessons and materials from our course plans
- Track each student's progress and give clear feedback
- Help students prepare for job interviews and workplace communication
What you will need
- An English teaching qualification (such as CELTA or TESOL) or teaching experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Patient, encouraging and organised
- Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
