Salon Manager

Hollywood Nails is looking for a Salon Manager to lead our Bayfair salon in Mount Maunganui. We are a busy nail and beauty salon offering nails, waxing, cosmetic tattooing, eyelash extensions and teeth whitening, with a sister salon in Papamoa. You will run the salon day to day and make sure every client leaves happy. What you will do: - Run the salon day to day: opening and closing, rosters, bookings and walk-ins. - Lead, train and support the team of nail technicians and beauty therapists. - Keep service quality, hygiene and presentation to a high standard. - Look after clients, handle feedback and grow repeat bookings. - Manage stock ordering, cash-up and daily sales, and report to the owners. - Help on the tools with nail services when the salon is busy. What we are looking for: - Experience managing or supervising in a nail, beauty or retail salon. - Nail technician skills (acrylic, SNS, gel) are a strong advantage. - Organised, calm under pressure and good with numbers. - Great communication with clients and staff. - Available to work weekends and late nights on Thursdays and Fridays.
