Nail Technician

Hollywood Nails is looking for a Nail Technician to join our team at our Bayfair salon in Mount Maunganui. Our clients come to us for beautiful, long-lasting nails and a relaxing visit. We do acrylic, SNS dipping powder, gel and powder gel, builder gel, nail art, manicures and pedicures, and many clients book the same technician every time. What you will do: - Carry out acrylic full sets and infills, SNS dipping powder, gel and shellac, builder gel and nail art to a consistent, high standard. - Give relaxing spa manicures and pedicures. - Keep your station and tools clean, sterilised and organised to our hygiene standards. - Look after clients from greeting to aftercare advice, and build a loyal client book. - Help with nail parties and busy late-night trading on Thursdays and Fridays. What we are looking for: - Experience as a nail technician, or a nail technology qualification with solid practical skills. - Confident with acrylic, SNS and gel. - Careful with hygiene and proud of a clean station. - Friendly with clients and a good team player. - Available to work weekends and some late nights, when the salon is busiest.
