About the role
Bitter Sweet, a Vietnamese cafe and restaurant in Birkenhead, is looking for a Barista who is also happy on the floor. You will make our espresso and Vietnamese coffee and look after guests through brunch and lunch. What you will do: - Make espresso coffee and Vietnamese coffee to a consistent standard. - Take orders, serve guests and process payments. - Keep the coffee machine, grinder and bar clean through the day. - Help on the floor during busy brunch and lunch periods. What we are looking for: - Barista experience in a busy cafe. - Friendly, confident and good at speaking English. - Able to work weekends and public holidays. - Able to work legally in New Zealand.
